Urban Oasis was founded by Soho resident and Attorney turned fashionista Imani Alexander. With no formal fashion training just a life long passion for fashion and design, Imani learned about the fashion industry as an outsider looking in. Years later through networking, making industry connections and knocking on doors to find a manufacturer, Ceola resort wear was launched in 2008 and sells to upscale boutiques and pop-up stores throughout the city. It's a family affair, her husband Charles Alexander also has an eponymous neckwear collection.

Our fashion tours are a natural progression for Imani. Over the years many people have sought her legal and business advice on everything from how to get started in the fashion business to styling advice. She has a great eye for style and uses this talent on her fashion tours to educate and dress her clients. Her fashion rolodex includes stylist throughout the city that she calls on to assist her with the tours and provide translation services for our foreign guests.
